Role: To provide a range of up-to-date information on disability related issues and to provide an effective general disability information and advice service for disabled people, their support networks, organisations and individuals in Birmingham.

Role: To provide information, advice and guidance (IAG) to disabled people and those on incapacity benefit in Birmingham and Solihull on accessing employment/educational and training opportunities.
