New folk music club

New music and folk club starts at the BDRC

DATE / TIME: This will take place every Friday From 12 noon until 4pm.

  • WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE GROUP? No strings attached Folk Club is aimed at providing opportunities for like minded people to meet on a regular basis and share their individual gift towards creative art. This may include for example, singing, playing a musical instrument, song writing, poetry, comedy, or creative writing.
  • WHO IS THE GROUP OPEN TO? The group is open to people with specific needs including people with a disability, members of the community with mental health difficulties and any one who may be socially isolated.
  • Members will have the opportunity to feedback any suggestions they might have regarding the future running of the group.
