Information about Conferencing and room hire

The BDRC operates from a fully accessible Resource Centre close to Birmingham City Centre, NEC, Birmingham International Airport and major road and motorway links.

The Centre provides excellent conference and room hire facilities comprising 2 fully accessible rooms with induction loop systems and an IT Suite together with ample car parking (including disabled car parking).

We are able to provide:

  • Conferences accommodating up to 50 people
  • Training sessions in board room or theatre style
  • Large or small meeting rooms
  • Full range of visual and audio equipment
  • On-site catering services through Strawberry Studio

 IT suite fitted with accessible computer equipment and software accommodating up to 10 people

Room Hire Room hire can be provisionally booked by telephone. Confirmation of booking will not be accepted without a completed booking form.

PLEASE NOTE: ON ARRIVAL, THE TRAINER/CHAIRPERSON OF CONFERENCE/MEETING WILL BE ADVISED OF THE HEALTH & SAFETY PROCEDURES OF THE BDRC. IT WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TRAINER/CHAIRPERSON TO INFORM THOSE ATTENDING.
