Making Payments

You may pay your bill by :

• standard order : the same amount each period
• direct debit : changes with the bill
• pay on receipt of bill

It may be that you pay by prepayment and so you pay for the energy you are going to use rather than for the energy you have used as is the case with the other payment methods.

Either way it is important to keep track of any documents and bills your supplier provides you with.
