Disability Confident Package
The Government’s Disability Confident scheme enables employers to develop and implement inclusive recruitment practices and gain the benefits of having access to the widest pool of talent available. The scheme helps employers recruit and retain the best possible people and also helps customers and other businesses to identify those businesses which are committed to equality.
We provide a package of training and support for employers who want to achieve the Disability Confident Standard. Our consultants will work with you through all the stages so your company can achieve Disability Confident Leader status, the highest of the 3 levels.

We provide expert disability equality training for Boards, Managers, Staff and Volunteers of client-facing businesses within any business sector.
We also provide specific Disability Equality Training for local authorities, for example, taxi driver disability equality training, and training for other public transport providers.
