Louise Mckiernan
Chief Executive and Company Secretary
Louise has a strong leadership and senior management background in the public and third sectors working at national, regional and local levels. She has been DRC’s Chief Executive since 2005 and has overseen the organisation’s continued growth and development.

Steve Moralee
Head of Fundraising and Partnerships
Steve has over 18 years’ experience working in the charity sector in fundraising for both national and local charities. Steve has worked at DRC since January 2017 leads on the income generation and marketing priorities for the charity.
‘I love the people at DRC, both the disabled people we support and my colleagues, they are so inspirational and passionate about improving the lives of disabled people – it is a joy to work with them!’
